You will love renting this updated cabin with plenty of room for family and friends! Sitting on Gilner Point in Beautiful Big Bear Lake California. Get in some long strolls around this great neighborhood surrounded by the lake. Extensive deck space and a large lot for plenty of outdoor entertainment area including a jacuzzi. For the interior there is a great mountain modern feel with all the conveniences of home.
There is a massive great room with open entertaining, soaring ceiling, dining for 10, ample bar seating, huge couch and a great gas fireplace with huge flat screen TV. All of the bedrooms have ample space for you and all of your guests. Don't miss the fun room with all of the games you can think of which will make memories for years to come. The downstairs area has two additional bedrooms with kitchen. This is the perfect set up for a large gathering or a family or corporate retreat. Close proximity to the lake, hiking, alpine magic slide, the village and Snow Summit!

* Checking In
Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes, and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. (5 min)
Upon arrival at Big Bear, our staff will meet you at our local SoCal Vacations office and provide your check-in details.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
* Home Truths:
Welcome to your home away from home where you'll find all the comforts of your own place - plus a few extra rules!
* Pets must be approved in advance.
All pets are subject to an additional fee of $125 per pet.
* If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval:
There is a fine of $500 per pet.
* No Events or Parties.
This is per City Ordinance and strictly enforced.
Violations will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of security deposit and fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.
Code Enforcement Officers patrol rental areas and enforce these ordinances.
* No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time.
* Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
This is per City Ordinance and City Code Enforcement Officers are not lenient.
Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.
* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.
* Winter Weather Warning - From November 1st through April 30th, the California Department of Transportation requires all vehicles to carry chains.
Regardless, if it's snowing or not, vehicles are required to carry chains.
Regardless, if your vehicle is four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, the California Department of Transportation still requires you to carry chains from Nov 1st through April 30th.
* This home can accommodate up to 15 people, 8 Adults Maximum.
* This home also comes with a Jacuzzi tub, kitchenette, private home theater and an amazing game room!!
*This home does NOT have air conditioning (A/C)

* Vendors
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
* IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
We are a family-oriented company, you need to be at least 24 years old to book this home!
PLEASE NOTE: All properties driveways may be reduced due to the snow. There is a large quantity of snow here in Big Bear due to the storms we have been experiencing. There is little space to pile the snow when plowing, resulting in driveways being sized down. Please keep this in mind when traveling! We recommend carpooling as much as you can. As properties will only fit 2-4 cars if possible. Please reach out to us and ask how many vehicles can fit before you make the drive. Please remember there are no street parking whatsoever so ever per city code. City will tow or/and ticket you! This is in effect since Feb 28th until further notice.
