Perfect for families or small groups, this spacious 1,503 sq ft property provides a comfortable and relaxing getaway.
The home features a beautifully designed open-concept living area with beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and large windows that flood the space with natural light and picturesque views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or on the expansive outdoor deck.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep, with the master suite offering a private retreat complete with an en-suite bathroom. The additional bedrooms are perfect for kids or guests, with a total of three bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Located just 1.5 miles from Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the Alpine Zoo, and only 3.5 miles from Snow Summit, this home is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the best of Big Bear Lake. -Master Bedroom W/ King Bed & ensuite Bathroom. Access to spa. (Does have a TV) Sleeps 2.
-Guest Bedroom W/ Queen Bed. Access to spa. (Does have a TV) Sleeps 2.
-Bunk Bedroom W/ two Twin over Twin bunk bed sets. Sleeps 4.

Welcome to the rules for Paradise Pines, Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
1. Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests (8 adults max).
2. Parking: Space for 3 vehicles, this home does not have a garage. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
Disclosure: The driveway is steep and might scrape low vehicles!!
3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.
Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
* Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
