Our Use of Cookies

SoCal Vacations and the Site operate in the jurisdiction of the United States of America, in the State of California, in the County of San Bernardino, in the City of Big Bear Lake. By using the Site and purchasing any product(s) or service(s) provided by SoCal Vacations or the Site, you agree to all provisions in this Privacy Policy and all provisions in the Terms & Conditions.

You also agree that any Dispute(s) with SoCal Vacations or the Site, will be resolved in the United States of America, in the County of San Bernardino, in the City of Big Bear Lake with first contacting SoCal Vacations to try to resolve the dispute amicably before moving forward with any legal action. If an amicable solution to the dispute is not reached before moving forward with legal action, the remedy of binding arbitration in the United States of America, in the County of San Bernardino, in the City of Big Bear Lake will be the deciding authority to settle any dispute(s). All costs for any arbitration will be the responsibility of the party bringing the dispute(s) to arbitration until/ unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
