The open floor plan features vaulted cedar ceilings and a wall of glass that allows natural light to flood the living spaces, providing a seamless connection to the beautiful outdoors. Enjoy cozy evenings by one of the two fireplaces, or gather in the spacious living/dining combo area for meals and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts tile counters and modern appliances, including a gas range, refrigerator, and trash compactor.

Each bedroom is a restful retreat, with the master suite offering a private escape complete with an en-suite bathroom. Additional amenities include individual room laundry, forced air heating, and ceiling fans for added comfort. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a large backyard that blends into the natural forest landscape, perfect for outdoor activities and enjoying the fresh mountain air.

-Bunkbed room w/ 1 Full over Full bunk bed. Sleeps 4
  Pullout couch in Bunk Bedroom. Sleeps 2.
  This room also offers a pool table, Smart Tv, & a wood burning stove

*Only access to bottom deck w/ BBQ, Tiki bar, horse shoe game, etc is through the Bunk bedroom on the bottom floor.
*This home does NOT have AC.
*Firewood is not supplied.

Guests’ Rules
Welcome to the rules for Foster’s Cabin Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.

1. Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests (8 adults max).

2. Parking: Space for 3 vehicles. Excluding garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
*Disclosure: Driveway is steep and may scrape low vehicles!!

3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Check-in starts at 4 PM at our office in the Village.
Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* Live check-ins are mandatory for all Big Bear homes, and you'll need to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes).
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
* Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
