We check all of our guests in face-to-face, so you don’t have to. Not only is this an ordinance in Big Bear Lake, but it helps us see who is actually going to be staying at your property.
- We have a very strict No Party Policy that we make sure all of our guests understand before we complete the rental agreement.
- We make sure that all rules are understood, and all of the paperwork is completed.
- We will not complete the rental agreement with a guest if they lie about their age, occupancy or raise any other red flags and we feel they violate the terms of the agreement or may damage, endanger your property.
And in the unfortunate event we do get a problem guests, we have 24/7 on-call managers who will be able to physically go to your property to help alleviate the problem. Our goal is to try to make sure we don’t get to that point.
