Our offices are open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. From July 1 to September 30 we are open Saturdays 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, July 4 and Labor Day. Reservations can be made in person, booking directly on our website, or by calling our reservation number 909.359.4333

VRBO /HomeAway/Air Bnb are advertising websites that we use to list our properties. SoCal Vacations Homes is the local, BigBear-based property management company that manages the properties and represents the homeowners.

When booking through a 3rd party OTA you will pay extra booking fees and commission to those sites that you would not if you book straight from us and you get to work directly with the local management company, real people just a phone call away. We are more than just a booking service, we offer additional guest services, concierge services, housekeeping, and more.

All renters and guests must be at least 24 years old to book one of our houses.

Check in is at 4pm. Please present the credit card used to make the reservation as well as a photo ID. If you are not over 24 years old and still you made the reservation we will cancel the process and you will lose your deposit as explained in the agreement signed.

Our team is dedicated to helping in every way possible. Just call us, these are homes so even if housekeeping, maintenance and inspections have been completed, sometimes things need to be fixed while you are here. Just contact the office and we will be at your service, even after hours for emergencies (for real power or water issues with the house, we do not consider the TV or the internet not working as an emergency ;) ).

It depends. Pets are welcome in most of our cabins for a small additional charge of $125 per pet. When booking your reservation, make sure the house or cabin you’re booking allows pets. If booking online, narrow your search to pet-friendly homes by checking the “Pets Allowed” button.

Depends on what are you cooking for dinner tonight! The kitchen will have at least the essential items to cook and eat a meal. That includes plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans. Beyond the basics, the kitchens are stocked differently depending on the home. If you require specialty items to cook with, we recommend you bring them along. We stock the kitchens very well and we provide with Paper towels, sponges, Dish detergent, etc.

No, we do provide linens or towels. We have 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per guest and 1 washcloth per guest only. If you think you will need more, you can or use the washer and dryer at the house or you can bring extras with you.

Because of the presence of mountain critters, we do ask all of our guests to please make sure the dishes are cleaned before departure and that all trash is removed from the cabin and taken to the Clean Bear Site – we will provide you with the information of this places..

As a mountain community we live along with many other animals, you might find chipmunks, squirrels, mice, ants, spiders and other critters around the house and sometimes you might even find them inside the house. We do our best to keep them away from the houses all year around but if you find one let us know, be nice with them since we are living in their habitat too! By the way, don’t be afraid of bears, you probably won’t see them and if you do, take a picture and wait for the bear to go away, don’t get close for a selfie, they don’t do selfies very well, they don’t care about us as long as their cubs are safe. If you brought your pet, make sure it is not outside by himself or Coyotes might give him/her a visit.
