Eagle Point is a picturesque and peaceful neighborhood that lends itself perfectly for leisurely walks. And keep your eyes on the sky as you might just see an American Bald Eagle fly overhead from time to time.

This house is conveniently located a short walk to the lake, Swim Beach, and Meadow Park. Meanwhile, Snow Summit is about 5 minutes away, Bear Mountain is about 10 minutes away… and in the other direction, The Village is only about 5 minutes away.

This house is huge, sprawling over 4100 square feet, ensuring there’s enough room for multiple families to feel comfortable. The thoughtfully designed layout includes two separate wings, each featuring two-bedroom suites. It's as though you have two homes in one, offering privacy and space for everyone.

The kitchen, the heart of the house, is well-equipped and wonderfully spacious.

With a dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, oven/range, and a new refrigerator, cooking becomes a delight rather than a chore. There's plenty of counter space for multiple chefs, turning meal preparation into a fun group activity.

Comfort and entertainment go hand-in-hand here. There are six flat-screen TVs situated throughout the home, providing a variety of spaces to unwind or to catch the big game.

When the weather outside gets chilly, the warmth from the four wood-burning fireplaces calls you to cuddle up with a good book or a warm drink. Whether you're in the family room, the game room, or settling down in the bedroom, the gentle crackle of the fire adds a cozy, homely ambiance.

Welcome to the rules for Big Bear Biltmore Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
 

  1. Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests (10 adults max).
  2. Parking: Space for vehicles, including only the right side of the garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
  3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.
Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
