• An outdoor bar and island grill kitchen
• 400 mpbs Mesh WIFI for high-speed internet access
• 2-car garage with 40-amp electric vehicle charging station
• Denon Bluetooth sound system with turntable & vinyl records
• Projector with 120” screen, ping pong, air hockey, poker table and huge game closet
• Indoor gas fireplace & external gas fire pit
• Front porch swing and backyard swing set
• 8-person hot tub
• Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel smart appliances

Bear Cave: Cal king bed, 55” Smart TV, walk-in shower, soaking tub
Fox Hole: Queen bed plus Queen loft bed, 43” Smart TV, PlayStation 4 with games
Wolf Den: Queen bed, 55” Smart TV
Living Room: Queen + twin XL sleeper sofas
