Our expansive great room is a hub of comfort and coziness, featuring a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen, perfect for indulging in culinary adventures or sipping hot cocoa by the fire.
Outside, extensive decking provides the perfect venue for soaking in the fresh mountain air and a night of stargazing.
This cabin offers three inviting bedrooms on the main level and additional sleeping accommodations downstairs, adjacent to the game room.

Guests’ Rules
Welcome to the rules for Majestic Moonridge Views. Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
- Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests (8 adults max).
- Parking: Space for 4 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
- Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.
- Check-In: Conducted at The Village Office for a warm welcome and local code compliance.
- Noise: Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. You are not allowed to be outside, in a hot tub, play music or create any noise from inside of the residence that could be heard outside of the home. If these rules are violated, Code Enforcement could impose fines of up to $1,000 or eviction. (We have no control over Code Enforcement’s decisions.)
- Air Conditioning: None. Enjoy natural mountain breezes through open windows.
- Ants: Sometimes our ants can be a bit over-friendly. To keep these small visitors at bay, we suggest promptly cleaning up right after each meal and don’t leave food out. (We do use ant bait & ant traps… and the ants tend to look at those as snacks.)
- Trash: You are mandated by ordinance to dispose of your trash at the designated trash site. If you require assistance, we can arrange a pick-up service for a nominal fee.
- Video Surveillance & Noise Monitors: We employ external video surveillance and noise monitors at most of our properties. (We do not have video or audio monitoring inside of the residences.)
- No Smoking/Vaping: We have a very strict No Smoking and/ or No Vaping policy on the grounds of all of our properties.
- If any guest smokes or vapes on the premises during their stay, a minimum cleaning fee of $750 will be charged automatically to the Credit Card on file to cover the cost of carpets cleaning, dry cleaning of all bedspreads, curtains, etc. And the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Age: Minimum booking age is 24.
- Parties: No parties allowed; parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Communication: For questions or concerns, we're available via phone or email.
Note: Code Enforcement enforces all of the ordinances in Big Bear Lake. We have no control over the decisions they make, up to and including fines and evictions.
Note: Any eviction you will not be entitled to a refund.
Note: Based upon availability and to provide flexibility for our guests, we offer early check-in and late check-out options. There is a fee associated with this service. If you’d like to check in before the usual time, please inquire with front desk, as well for late check-out.

This place is even better than the pictures. Morning coffees on the deck were amazing. The game room was fun, they even had anything you needed to cook (besides the food of course). Loved it, recommended it to everyone I know going.

Cabin was amazing and easy to navigate to! It was more spacious than we thought so everyone fit comfortably there and had their own bed. The views are great during the morning, afternoon, and night. It is a peaceful neighborhood so it was a nice touch to a relaxing weekend. Would book again, 10/10

WOW
As I was looking for the perfect place to book a weekend getaway for our brothers bachelor weekend, I came across this home and WOW! Don't even know where to start. There was a total of 13 guys that stayed in this house and there was more than enough room for all of them. The game room in the bottom was perfect, the amount of beds, the cleanliness of the home, the views! There isn't one thing that went wrong or one complaint. The communication between us and the host was excellent! They actually called to let us know that they were going to have brand new couches delivered during the morning of our check out and offered us a $50 Gift Card for the inconvenience as well as an extended check out time! That was very much appreciated. Wasn't a problem at all for the furniture people to come. This home is about 5 minutes from the Village and all the other things you can do in Big Bear. We all had a wonderful time and we'd love to come back again soon! Thank you So Cal Vacation Homes for making this weekend a weekend to remember!

Great property for family of all ages
The house was large enough to accommodate myself, my children, and grandchildren. There was a game room with plenty to keep the young people occupied. The common area upstairs was very large and we spent time together playing game, doing puzzles, etc in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, or just bring something in from town. The slopes were just a few minutes away for our snowboarders. There is also a snow play area nearby for tubing for the younger kids.
Enjoyed our stay here, everything was as described.
Host took initiative to provide clear instructions on check in/out process. Hope to come back here soon! Loved our stay.

Great family getaway
This is the second year that my family (3 generations) and I have stayed at the Majestic View home in Big Bear. We loved the location, the amenities offered and the friendly staff who helped us with anything we needed. I would highly recommend it.
