      • Clean up after them.
      • Charges apply for pet damages.
    • Coyote Warning: Coyotes are extremely prevalent in Big Bear, even in the most densely populated areas. If you see one, you can bet they’re part of an unseen pack. These animals are bold and territorial. They pose a significant threat to pets. For their safety, never leave your pets unattended, even in fenced areas, especially after dark. Coyotes are known for their ability to overcome barriers, including high fences. And they’re even known for attacking pets that are on a leash. We cannot overstate the need for heightened vigilance concerning your pets' safety.

  6. Air Conditioning: None. Enjoy natural mountain breezes through open windows.
  7. Ants: Sometimes our ants can be a bit over-friendly. To keep these small visitors at bay, we suggest promptly cleaning up right after each meal and don’t leave food out. (We do use ant bait & ant traps… and the ants tend to look at those as snacks.)
  8. Trash: You are mandated by ordinance to dispose of your trash at the designated trash site. If you require assistance, we can arrange a pick-up service for a nominal fee.
  9. Video Surveillance & Noise Monitors: We employ external video surveillance and noise monitors at most of our properties. (We do not have video or audio monitoring inside of the residences.)

Reviews

very happy with my choice

I stayed at this house for 6 weeks (from the middle of August to the beginning of October), and I can confidently say that there is no single bad thing about the house. It's located in a beautiful calm neighborhood. Views on the mountains and forest are breathtaking. Sunrises are beautiful and a night sky full of stars is mesmerizing. You can watch wildlife from the terrace. There is AC in the house (and I will save you some time by saying that there are only about 10% of houses in Big Bear with AC, and it's absolutely necessary for the summer months). Everything in the house is new, and it's equipped with everything you need to stay for a long period of time. Internet is super fast (up to 500 GBit) and great for work, video conferences, gaming, etc. There is new TV in each room (5 total) with popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu so that you can enjoy your favorite movies and tv series anywhere in the house. All activities are within 5-10 minutes' reach (bike rentals, boat rentals, wakesurfing, wakeboarding, off-road jeep tours, helicopter tours, go-karting, axe throwing, etc.). I tried all of the above 😉 If you enjoy playing piano like me, there is one in the house. Hosts are amazing and very caring. Responses are with minutes. Any minor issues like bringing additional blankets were resolved in hours. If you want a perfect vacation, I highly recommend this house. I spent hours looking through the listings to find this pearl, and I am very happy with my choice.

Luxury Villa with stunning mountain views

Fantastic, luxury villa in an incredible neighbourhood with majestical mountain/ forest views, ran by a great and efficient management team. The outdoor deck is fantastic, fully furnished with beautiful views and an added bonus of a hot tub. Everything about the property, it's driveway, land, bedrooms, kitchen, contents etc is very high end and there is a even a piano and an air hockey table. My family and i couldn't have got our California adventure off to a better start than at this property in Big Bear. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at Agustin's place to celebrate my husband's birthday.

Agustin and the team provided excellent communication and were prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. It was the perfect spot to stay in and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside. The kitchen space was great and we enjoyed having dinner on the dining table while looking out at the snow capped mountains. We spent our evenings watching movies by the fireplace or relaxing in the hot tub. The place was just as how we imagined but even better!

Very specious and had all we needed to make a stay a memorable one.

Very close to Big Bear Lake, and far enough to be out of the traffic's way up here. Beautiful view, actually very calming and quiet neighborhood. Lovely area for walks, the hot tub was a hit in the evening to wine down towards our day.

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood.

My friends and I loved the space and made the most of our stay being able to play poker on the loft, grill some steaks out on the balcony and just enjoy the snowy environment. We loved it so much we will definitely consider this home again for any future trips. A big thank you to the homeowner for letting us stay in your amazing home and thank you SoCal for your stellar, friendly service and maintaining open communication with us throughout our stay!

Beautiful home and setting

Great house. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views off the very private feeling back deck. Enjoyed the clean jacuzzi, and the kids loved the air hockey table. The kitchen could use some pots, pans and cookie sheets for those planning on making dinners at the house. Would totally come back again.
