Step out through the sliding glass door, and an expansive deck invites you to unwind while gazing upon the majestic views of Bear Mountain. Here, an outdoor gas fire pit and BBQ set the stage for memorable alfresco moments.

Below the deck, you’ll find a secluded hot tub that offers an intimate space to relax amidst the tranquil forest backdrop.

Inside, the brand-new smart TV promises cinematic experiences while relaxing upon the soft leather sectional couch and recliner.

For enthusiasts of indoor games, the game room is equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a wood-burning stove.

While every bedroom breathes comfort and style, the master bathroom also boasts a luxurious Jacuzzi tub.

Guests’ Rules

Welcome to the rules for Canyon Crest Lodge Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
 

  1. Maximum Occupancy: 13 guests (12 adults max).
  2. Parking: Space for vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
  3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.
  4. Check-In: Conducted at The Village Office for a warm welcome and local code compliance.
  5. Noise: Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. You are not allowed to be outside, in a hot tub, play music or create any noise from inside of the residence that could be heard outside of the home. If these rules are violated, Code Enforcement could impose fines of up to $1,000 or eviction.  (We have no control over Code Enforcement’s decisions.)
  6. Air Conditioning: None. Enjoy natural mountain breezes through open windows.
  7. Ants: Sometimes our ants can be a bit over-friendly. To keep these small visitors at bay, we suggest promptly cleaning up right after each meal and don’t leave food out. (We do use ant bait & ant traps… and the ants tend to look at those as snacks.)
  8. Trash: You are mandated by ordinance to dispose of your trash at the designated trash site. If you require assistance, we can arrange a pick-up service for a nominal fee.
  9. Video Surveillance & Noise Monitors: We employ external video surveillance and noise monitors at most of our properties. (We do not have video or audio monitoring inside of the residences.)
  10. No Smoking/Vaping: We have a very strict No Smoking and/ or No Vaping policy on the grounds of all of our properties.
    • If any guest smokes or vapes on the premises during their stay, a minimum cleaning fee of $750 will be charged automatically to the Credit Card on file to cover the cost of carpets cleaning, dry cleaning of all bedspreads, curtains, etc. And the security deposit will be forfeited.
  11. Age: Minimum booking age is 24. 
  12. Parties: No parties allowed; parties will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
  13. Communication: For questions or concerns, we're available via phone or email.


Note: Code Enforcement enforces all of the ordinances in Big Bear Lake. We have no control over the decisions they make, up to and including fines and evictions.

Note: Any eviction you will not be entitled to a refund.

Note: Based upon availability and to provide flexibility for our guests, we offer early check-in and late check-out options. There is a fee associated with this service. If you’d like to check in before the usual time, please inquire with front desk, as well for late check-out.

We had an amazing time and this cabin had a lot to do with it.

Spacious. Clean. Lots of amenities. Shuffleboard and pool table. Jacquzzi was clean. Sledding nearby was a HUGE plus. Rental company VERY responsive and polite. We had an issue with the WIFi and people were sent out immediately to fix it. Same with the downstairs toilet. Fixed and cleaned immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

The views were beautiful.

This was a very nice cabin for our big group. The home had great amenities and we did not have any issues with any of the appliances, etc. The beds were comfortable and overall very cozy. Check in and checkout was smooth. We would definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful home!!

We stayed here with our family and it was perfect for grandparents and little kiddos. Agustin was very responsive to my questions ahead of time and the home was very clean and had beyond everything we needed. Great views to wake up to in the morning. We will be back for sure!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!

Host was very responsive, and the cabin was absolutely beautiful! Our family really enjoyed our stay! Definitely would recommend and will be back for winter time 🙂

Cabin was gorgeous and clean.

location is set for stunning views. had my closest family members with me and they all loved it. will stay here again and definitely recommend someone to stay here if looking to accommodate around 10 people.
