Adjacent is the first of the seven bedrooms, the primary, equipped with a queen bed, private gas fireplace, and a luxurious ensuite featuring a shower and jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms two and three offer a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed respectively.

The ground floor also plays host to a movie room, boasting a state-of-the-art 75" 4K HDTV and an ultra-plush lounge couch with many movie titles for your family to enjoy. In a separate dedicated space, immerse yourself in the world of billiards, under the watchful eyes of an impressive taxidermy collection. 

Step outside to a large deck, showcasing a new 4-burner Weber BBQ and a Komodo-style smoker from the top-tier Alfresco brand stand ready for your culinary adventures. The patio is adorned with luxurious furniture, including a generously sized dining table, perfect for alfresco family meals. Guests’ Rules

Welcome to the rules for The Hidden Estate Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
 

  1. Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests (12 adults max).
  2. Parking: Space for 5 vehicles, including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
  3. Pets: Pets allowed. (Max:2 pets)
  • Pets Require Pre-approval: post-approval, A $125 pet fee pet pet applies (Charged post-booking)
  • Unapproved Pets: incur a minimum of a $1,000 fine.

    Pet Guidelines:
    Kennel pets when unattended.
    Keep off furniture/beds.
    Clean up after them.
    Charges apply for pet damages.

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: City code requires face-to-face check-in at our office in the Village. It will be quick and easy.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Check-in starts at 4 PM at our office in the Village.
Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
* Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
